A First Glueless Wig Fit Check

Use this checklist alongside the instructions for your exact wig. Construction and preparation differ between units.

Before making changes

• Check the product, selected color, length and cap details against your order.
• Read the return conditions before cutting lace, applying product or altering the unit.
• Identify the straps, band and other retention features provided.
• Confirm whether the lace is already cut or still needs preparation.

Check the fit

Try the unit using the supplier’s instructions. Position it carefully and adjust only the features intended for adjustment. Do not force an uncomfortable fit or assume that more tension is better.

Plan the finish

If the unit needs lace cutting, hairline work or another alteration you are not confident making, ask a qualified stylist. Do not add an adhesive or chemical treatment simply because it appears in a video for a different wig.

Keep the product instructions

Retain the item-specific installation and care guidance. If the listing and supplied instructions differ, ask for clarification before changing the wig.
